Prices and tax

Each product's price per kilogram (per roll for the tablecloth film) is published on its own page and on the price page, with the date it was last updated beside it. Published prices exclude value added tax.

At checkout, VAT of 10% is added to the basket total. The goods total, the tax and the final amount are each shown separately before you pay.

The amount you pay is computed on our server from that same price list. Your browser never sends us an amount, and would be ignored if it did. The price that applies is the price at the moment the order is placed.

Placing an order

To place an order you create an account, verify your mobile number with a code sent by SMS, and complete the delivery address. Until both are done the pay button will not accept the order.

Each product's minimum order is stated on its page. An order below that minimum, or one that does not match the factory's production increments, is refused at that point and nothing is charged.

For custom printing, the artwork and specification are agreed with you before any work starts.

Payment

Payment is taken through the Aqaye Pardakht bank gateway. Your card details are entered on the bank's page; they never reach our server and are never stored by us.

If a payment is abandoned or cancelled, the order stays unplaced. If an amount was taken and the order was not confirmed, the bank returns it; contact us with your reference and we will follow it up.

What does shipping cost?

It depends on the weight of the load and where it is going, and it is not included in the order amount. Freight for packaging film follows no fixed formula, so it is calculated after the order is placed and agreed with you before dispatch. No estimate is shown at checkout, because no real figure exists before the load is weighed, and a guessed one would only stand in the way of a correct invoice.

Goods travel by the carrier or method agreed with you, and we pass on its details.

Order stages and tracking

After payment your order moves through: paid, in production, printing (printed orders only), packing, ready to ship, shipped.

Each stage is shown in your account beside that order, so you do not have to call to find out where the work is. Your order reference is the code given to you at the end of payment.

Can I cancel an order or return goods?

You can cancel before production starts and the amount paid is returned. Contact us with your reference to do so.

Once production has started, film that has been cut or printed to your order cannot be offered to another buyer, and cannot be cancelled.

If what arrives is defective or is not what you ordered, that is ours to put right: the goods are replaced or refunded. Contact us with your reference as soon as you can and keep photographs of the delivery if you are able to.

What data do we keep about you?

To sell to you we keep: your name, mobile number, delivery address and postcode, your company name if you entered one, and the list of your orders with amounts and dates.

Your mobile number is used for the sign-in code and for order notifications. This information is held on the factory's own server and is not sold or passed to any other company.

Your password is stored hashed and cannot be read back, by us or anybody else. Ask and your account and its data are deleted.

For any problem, follow-up or complaint, call the sales number with your order or enquiry reference to hand. If a call does not settle it, send the same matter to the email address above so it is followed up in writing.
