Autoclave film survives a sterilisation cycle of heat and steam without losing its shape or its seal. It is made as roll and bag, with thickness and width matched to your process, to order.
An autoclave bag is the hospital and infectious-waste bag that goes into the steriliser together with its contents. Navid makes it as a ready bag at 90 microns in three colours, yellow, orange and black; stocked sizes are 65×75, 70×90, 80×100 and 90×100 cm and any width from 25 to 100 cm can be made. Sold by the kilo, factory-direct, and the institution's name can be printed on the bag.

What film does an autoclave need?
A heat-resistant grade that will not deform at your cycle's temperature and steam and whose seal will not open. Send the temperature, cycle time and working pressure of your autoclave; those three numbers decide the choice.
Can ordinary film not be used?
No. Ordinary films soften, shrink or lose their seal at autoclave temperature. This application has its own grade.
