Printed polyethylene is the same PE film with your brand printed on it before it becomes a bag or a roll. Printing is flexo, up to 10 colours on our own line, so film and print arrive from one source.
Printed polyethylene is known in Iran by its local trade name, "printed nylon". Besides custom print, Navid sells bags with a ready generic print, and design, printing and sealing all happen under one roof. A printed bag carries your brand everywhere the customer takes it.

What artwork file do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS or PDF with fonts converted to outlines). Photos and raster files do not suit flexo printing because the edges break up at final size.
What does the plate cost, and does it repeat?
One plate (cliché) is made per colour and its cost is paid once, on the first order. As long as the artwork does not change, later orders do not carry it again.
What is the minimum run?
We publish no fixed minimum. It is calculated from dimensions, thickness and colour count. Send the specification and we will give you the exact figure.
Do you provide a sample before the bulk run?
Yes. A printed sample is approved first, so colour and artwork position are seen on the real pack.
