Frequently asked questions
What artwork file do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS or PDF with fonts converted to outlines). Photos and raster files do not suit rotogravure because the edges break up at final size.
What does the cylinder cost, and does it repeat?
One cylinder is made per colour and its cost is paid once, on the first order. As long as the artwork does not change, later orders do not carry it again.
What is the minimum run?
We publish no fixed minimum. It is calculated from dimensions, thickness and colour count. Send the specification and we will give you the exact figure.
Do you provide a sample before the bulk run?
Yes. A printed sample is approved first, so colour and artwork position are seen on the real pack.
