Shrink film contracts in a heat tunnel until it takes the exact shape of the product. It is used to bundle several units, secure lids and finish a pack, and comes as PVC, POF and PE.
Thermal shrink film wraps tightly around products under heat, creating firm, unified, tidy packs. Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between shrink and stretch?
Shrink contracts with heat and takes the shape of the product; stretch is pulled cold and holds by its own tension. Shrink is for the finished, shelf-facing pack. Stretch is for pallets and transport.
PVC or POF?
PVC is clearer, costs less and shrinks at a lower temperature; POF is softer, tougher, and is regarded as the better choice for food contact. Your tunnel temperature is the number that decides it.
Do you sell shrink machines?
No. We make the film, not the machines or heat tunnels. If you have a machine, send its specification and working temperature and we will propose film to match those settings.
