Nylex Vest-Handle Bags
Carrier bags are the handled shopping bags a shop hands the customer. Navid Selfon makes them in a range of sizes and thicknesses, plain or with a built-in handle, and prints your logo on them.
Nylex is the light HDPE carrier bag with vest handles. Navid stocks it in five sizes (30×40, 37×47, 45×55, 55×65 and 65×75 cm) and three colours, clear, milky and yellow, at 10 to 30 microns; milky and yellow carry a small per-kilo surcharge over clear. A second, heavier model, pipe-handle nylex at 30 to 200 microns, is made to order in a flat-top or slider-zip form. All material is virgin petrochemical grade. Sold by the kilo, factory-direct, with generic pre-print available and custom print up to 10 colours on the same line.

Printed nylex: the same bag, carrying your logo
The same bag is printed on our own flexo line. Film and print happen in one factory, so one party answers for the whole job. Each color needs its own printing plate (cliché), paid once with the first order, and the price stays per kilo. A printed sample is approved before the bulk run.

How do I choose the thickness?
It follows the weight and the edges of whatever goes inside; a bread bag and a shoebox bag are not the same. Take the heaviest basket your shop actually sees as the benchmark and ask for a sample against it.
How is the logo printed?
Flexo printing up to 10 colours on the film we extrude, with a printed sample approved before the bulk run.
